PERSONAL STORY HIGHLIGHTS

Prophesy Fulfilled

There are times in your life that are ‘God-moments’ and you know it was for this purpose that God created you.  The anointing service during the National Women’s Leadership Conference was one of those times for me.

In 1984, the Lord gave me a vision of a young Indian woman.  Behind her was a sea of dark heads that stretched as far as the eye could see.  This pivotal life-changing word of prophecy in my life happened around an altar of prayer after a morning chapel service at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.  The chapel speakers that morning were David and Beth Grant, Eurasia Area Directors.

The conference speakers we had invited to speak for the final culminating National Women’s Leadership Conference were David and Beth Grant.  The theme “Anointed to Bless.”  God has used this couple to speak into my life more than once.  Now twenty years later, God has brought them again to the place of the fulfillment of the prophetical vision I had in 1984.  It was a God-moment.

The opening speakers we had invited to address the conference were Pastor David Mohan (All India General Superintendent) and Dr. Ivan Satyavrata (President, Southern Asia Bible College).  The Lord had used both of these men to bring clarity in my understanding of the vision I had in 1985 and the dream in 1997.  These influential world leaders stood to address the national Indian leadership in a tag team preaching message on “The Biblical Basis of Women in Ministry.”  Dr. Ivan focused on the scholastic approach and Pastor Mohan on the practical church life approach in presenting the message.  It was a powerful message for the hour in India.  India will never be the same.  This is a revival and awakening moment in the Assemblies of God in India.

The people who I had come to serve and bless, turned their blessing on me during the conference.  They laid their hands of prayer and blessing on me.  It’s an amazing thing, friends.  You can never outgive God.  When you GO to be a blessing, the Lord always ends up blessing you.  The people gathered around me on that day, Pastor David and Mrs. Mohan, Pastor P.S. Rajamoni, Dr. Y Jeyaraj and missionaries David and Beth Grant are the people gathered around me to pray.  It was the greatest gift I have ever received in my life.

Isn’t God amazing!  I marvel at the beauty of HIS hand.
